Cam leaned on his wife’s office door post and pursed his lips.
“I know that look, Cam. What’s up?” Rachel asked, turning her chair towards the door to give him undivided attention.
“What are we going to do with all that extra money?”
“Whew. I wish I knew what you were talking about. We could use a little extra money right about now.”
“Some company emailed me and said we could save 39% on our telephone bill for our Kleaner Than Klean company.”
“Kleaner Than Klean? We closed down that company four years ago. Remember, we weren’t making any money on it. In fact, we were losing money every month.”
“Then there you have it. We switch our phones over to theirs, that’s an easy 39% savings.”
“Cam, what part of ‘company is no longer in business’ don’t you understand? We don’t have a phone anymore. The business is defunct, kaput, out of business.”
“We could put them to the test and see how good they are,” Cam said.
“Or we could just send all future emails to the junk basket.”
“Why are you such a spoil sport sometimes.”
Cam seems bored this morning. It must be Monday 😂
lol 39% of nothing, Cam.
