“A scootch? What’s that?”

“You know, a smidgeon a tittle, a scintilla, an iota.”

“A smidgeon, a scintilla?”

“Yeah,” said Benji. “Am I not speaking plain English?”

“Actually, no.”

“What don’t you understand?”

“Well, you said scootch, scintilla, and smidgeon among other things…”

“Just move over a bit and quit your complainin’.”
