The Burger Joint
Janice sat with her three-year-old daughter Macy at The Burger Joint munching away on fries and a chocolate milkshake.
“Wanna GoFace with Grandma, kiddo?”
“Yeah. Ganma,” Macy said.
Within seconds Grandma was on the video phone. The phone was propped up against her shake so Macy could be hands free.
Macy placed her white Burger Joint hat on sideways, “How can I help you, Ganma?”
“Oh, who do we have now? Are you being helpful at The Burger Joint?”
“Yeah. How can help?”
“Well, can I get a burger and fries?”
“Sure. How bout onions? Waw or cooked?”
“No onions for me. Can I get a milkshake too?”
“Yep. Chocolate or stwawberry?”
“I think chocolate for me. Can you hurry it up? I’m in a hurry.”
“Sure. How you pay, with a card or money?”
“I think I’ll pay with money this time. How much is it?”
“Two dollar.”
“That’s pretty cheap. Are you sure only two dollars?”
“Okay, one dollar for you, Ganma.”
“Am I getting a Grandma discount?”
“Yes, two quarters then. Thank you. Next!”
