Short Story Day 122 of 365
He stood at the back door and looked outside. The wind chime hanging from the back porch was clanging away and brown leaves were swirling around the bottom of the large oak.
“Honey, can you check the weather online please? I wanna see if I should wear a light jacket or if what I have on will be good or not.”
“Wayne, open the door and tell me,” his wife said.
Well... opening the door will tell you what the weather is right now, but not for sure what it will be in an hour.
Ha! Looks like a storm is brewing.
