After Glenn finished his lunch, he meandered through the restaurant’s main dining room. With an authentic fireplace as the center point, the restaurant hosted many groups for lunch because of its relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

Glenn saw the group of eight women chatting around a circular table close to the fireplace. He approached the table and stood there for a second until the ladies noticed him and the chatter died down.

Glenn looked around the table, nodded his head slowly, and said, “This can’t be good.”

A couple of the women chuckled.

With a quick smile, Glenn turned and slowly weaved his way to the exit.

As he left, he heard the murmurs, but nothing stood out.

None of the women knew him and he knew none of them, but they were watching him as he exited.

The only thing they would notice about Glenn was his brown leather jacket with the custom lettering on the back:

RANDOMNESS RULES THE WORLD

Randomness precludes meaningful communication, cellular reproduction... life, on multiple levels. Even fractals deemed stochastic (random) aren't fully random, since all fractals are pattern-based. Indeed, can there even be good in a random world? I suggest not. No, the lack of randomness is what rules the world, whether on a scientific level or on a spiritual one. I am grateful for an orderly, creative God who placed his image on us, such that we can see order and increasingly restore and [re]create accordingly.
