The last time I went on a long jog it was in rural Oklahoma (near Noble), and I picked up an oil filter wrench with a nifty pivoting handle, a straw hat and a damaged notebook paper-sized solar panel that proved to still work, from the ditches along the way. I admit that if the hammer in the story had looked serviceable / sound, I'd have probably picked it up, too. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Renew and Redesign doesn't just apply to plastics awareness.
Oh No! You caught me by surprise David. Poor Nick, it's going to be a long night. He might even go to prison for just picking up that hammer. Please let the readers know what happened to Nick.
As soon as I read about the red paint, I could see trouble coming.
Today's lesson: While taking a walk, If you didn't drop it or put it there, DON'T PICK IT UP!
Sucks to be Nick right now! Lesson, don't go touching things that don't belong to you.
True, but he could have run over it when he went by there later that day. Thanks for posting Nadya
